How to configure and manage an iPod from Linux with the gtkpod

 This article shows how you can use an iPod on a Linux with gtkpod (a graphical user interface for Apple’s iPod). It covers how you can upload MP3 files from your pc to your iPod and download MP3 files from your iPod to your pc. How you can delete files on the iPod and how you can create and modify playlists. Normally, Apple’s iTunes software is needed to manage an iPod but iTunes unfortunately is not available for Linux. Fortunately there are Linux alternatives such as gtkpod that can handle the task. download first the application in the official website and find your source or third-party package. And the easily install it by entering the appropriate commands of each OS that you using and if you need any help just write in commends and i will help if i can.
